Thirty Second Mind

Privacy Policy

Effective August 13, 2026 · Applies to this pre-launch website

Who we are

Thirty Second Mind is operated by Falcon Software Group, LLC (doing business as Thirty Second Mind). Questions about this policy: hello@thirtysecondmind.com.

What we collect

Email address, if you join the waitlist. Payment information, if you reserve a founding-member spot — payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. Basic, cookie-free analytics (page views, referring site, country, device type) so we can understand how people find this site. Correspondence, if you write to us.

How we use it

To send launch updates and occasional build updates, to administer founding-member reservations and refunds, and to reply when you contact us. That is the complete list.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not use tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run this site: our payment processor (Stripe), our form and email provider, and our hosting and analytics provider (Cloudflare). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or until launch communications conclude. Payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can unsubscribe from every email via the link in it, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to the address above.

The product promise, for the record

When the Thirty Second Mind app launches, it will be governed by its own privacy policy. One commitment is stated here in advance because it is central to the product: the application will not store recordings of your voice or transcripts of your practice sessions. It will retain only structured scores, progress, and anything you explicitly choose to save.

Children

This site and the planned product are intended for working professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Write to us and we will honor any reasonable request regardless of jurisdiction — it's your data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted in an email to the waitlist.
